“Maintenance issues negatively impact the "fun." The course is reasonably designed, but plays next to highways and houses. Overall not particularly enjoyable, in part because the course is typically crowded, which is surprising given the above."

“Really nice layout with some really awful views! The course can be a lot of fun when it is in good shape."

“Course has been remodeled 3 times due to land being used for condos etc. Original course was had 152 slope, toughest course in FL. Most recent remodel has 137 slope and lost most of it's challenge and charm. Still lots of water and old 18th, now 5th hole is really challenging. Condition in August 2020 was marginal and greens very slow. Still lots of water to allow you to lose balls."

“Narrow, hazard filled housing development track. Noisy and filled with lots of cross-cart path traffic and very close highway/road traffic. In playable shape after the hurricane, but greens are slow and not receptive. Course is too tough for the avaerage player and while it has some good holes, fun, it’s not—with lots of slow rounds and player frustration, not to mention damage to the way too close houses that are inches from fairways."
